ジャケ裏注釈には、” ‘98年最初にこのコンサートが発売準備のとき、マスターテープの技術的問題につき (実際のライヴで)「Rob Hendry」が弾いた殆どのトラックを「Jerry Donahue」により再録音、また数曲で「Simon Nicol」と「Chris Leslie」がバック・ヴォーカルを追加録音して完成された。今回の新リリース分は、「Sandy Denny」MCとオーディエンス本来の反応を再現した最高の演奏を収録した1枚ものLPとして、当時のまま表現しようとしています。” と. . . CDでは全17曲だったのが今回の初LP化は “ハイライト版” で全11曲収録の1LP仕様♪

惜しくも「Sandy Denny」生前最期のコンサートとなったのは、翌年 (‘78) に起きた不慮の転落事故が起因で同年4月21日早逝してしまった故であり、云うなれば単に新作に伴うツアー音源である本作ライヴでの「Sandy」(当時30歳) は絶好調そのもの！
まさに、最高のパフォーマンスを収めたライヴ・アルバムがこうして新たにアナログLPで楽しめるのは何よりですね. . . ♪
