虐待禁止
フィリピン首都圏ケソン市議会でこのほど
「18歳以下の少年・少女に対する虐待を禁止する」新条例が成立した。
新条例では、体罰のほか、育児放棄
言葉による脅迫や差別も処罰対象となった。
違反者には禁固６月以下もしくは罰金千ペソが科されるという。

"Prohibit the abuse of boys and girls under the age of 18" new ordinance was enacted.
The new regulations, in addition to corporal punishment, and child neglect
Discrimination and verbal intimidation was also punishable.
Thousand peso fine or imprisonment in June following would be imposed on the offender.

フィリピン移民局は
4日、建設現場で不法就労していた中国人労働者138人の身柄を
拘束したと発表した。
マニラの約60キロ南にあるカラカ市内の発電所建設工事現場で
就労許可や必要なビザを所持していないことが確認されれば
本国に送還するという。

夫の浮気
フィリピン カロオカン市の民家で
10月2日、妻(40)が夫(32)の浮気相手(25)を刺殺した。
夫は「いとこ」だと妻に紹介して、自宅に住まわせており
２人が裸で一緒に寝ているところを見た妻に対し
浮気相手が開き直ったたため激怒し包丁で切りつけたという。
