虐待禁止

フィリピン首都圏ケソン市議会でこのほど
「18歳以下の少年・少女に対する虐待を禁止する」新条例が成立した。
新条例では、体罰のほか、育児放棄
言葉による脅迫や差別も処罰対象となった。
違反者には禁固６月以下もしくは罰金千ペソが科されるという。

Recently in the Philippines metropolitan area Quezon City Council
"Prohibit the abuse of boys and girls under the age of 18" new ordinance was enacted.
The new regulations, in addition to corporal punishment, and child neglect
Discrimination and verbal intimidation was also punishable.
Thousand peso fine or imprisonment in June following would be imposed on the offender.
