学校側いじめ認める
群馬県桐生市の小学６年生の上村明子さん（１２）が
１０月下旬に自殺し、家族がいじめが原因と訴えている問題で
桐生市教育委員会は８日、臨時会を開き
通っていた小学校で「いじめがあった」とする調査報告を
まとめたことを明らかにした。
学校側は「自殺の直接的な原因は特定できなかった」として
いじめとの因果関係は認められないと結論付けた。
テレビの報道を見ていても
教育委員会の説明をみていて、さらっと「因果関係はない」と言った場面
思わずふつふつと怒りがこみ上げてきました。
教育の現場で、幼い人間の教育・育成に携わる人間が
幼い命の尊さ、命の尊厳をもっと厳粛に
受け止めなければいけないのではないか
何か他人事のように話している教育委員会の説明
なんとも納得いかない。

フィリピンでは
先週、１米ドル＝42ペソ台に突入するペソ高の進行を受け
フィリピン政府は対応策を探っているが
打つ手は限られそうな見通しだという。
アキノ大統領は
「国内産業が受ける打撃の緩和策を経済閣僚らが探っている」と発言。
しかしドミンゴ貿易産業相は、
財政難などを理由に、輸出業者の自助努力を呼び掛けた。
米国の大型金融緩和策がペソの一段高を招きかねないとの懸念が強まる中
輸出業界の不安は一層高まっているもようだ。
