手配邦人拘束
フィリピンの入国管理事務所は
詐欺容疑で日本で逮捕状が出ていた
元暴力団組員、杉本栄一容疑者（４９）を拘束したと発表した。
不法滞在などで近く国外追放となり、日本の警察当局が逮捕する見通し。
発表によると、杉本容疑者は
２００９年３月、東京で知人２人にフィリピンでのレストランや
免税店への投資話を持ち掛け、２５００万円余りをだまし取った疑い。
今年１月にフィリピンへの入国が分かり
日本側が国際刑事警察機構（ＩＣＰＯ）を通じ、行方を捜していた。
