フィリピン首都圏マラボン市の市場で
ごみ箱に胎児の遺体が遺棄されているのが見つかった。
調べでは、路上生活者の老人がごみ箱をあさっていたところ、
中身の入ったビニール袋を発見。
食べ物と思い開けてみると、胎児の遺体が入っていたという。
胎児は６カ月位とみられる。

According to police, the day after tomorrow I was a homeless old man trash,

3.02ペソにする決議を行ったと発表。
新料金は現行のおよそ300％増になる見通しで、来年1月1日から適用されるという。
