火災
フィリピン北部カガヤンバレー地方で
１９日未明、車の部品を販売する店から火が出ました。
店にはタイヤや塗料など、可燃物が貯蔵されていたため火は瞬く間に広がり
隣接しているホテルに燃え移りました。
この火事で宿泊客１５人が死亡、１２人がけがをしました。
死亡犠牲者は全員男性で
看護師国家試験を受けるため
このホテルに宿泊していた看護学校の卒業生だという。

Such as tires and paint shop, the fire had been in storage for combustibles quickly spread
燃E移Rimashita adjacent to the hotel.
15 people were killed in this fire guests, with 12 people injured.
All victims were males killed

日本の警察官を厳重注意
国際協力機構（ＪＩＣＡ）は
フィリピンに派遣している日本の警察官２人が
現地での飲食費を不正に経理処理していたとして
２人を厳重注意の処分にしました。
処分を受けたのは、ＪＩＣＡがフィリピンの国家警察に派遣している
日本の男性警察官２人です。
ＪＩＣＡフィリピン事務所によりますと
警察官２人は、ことし７月から９月にかけて複数回にわたり
規定では経費として認められていないＪＩＣＡ職員などとの飲食費を
ほかの人との業務の打ち合わせで食事したように装い
不正に経理処理していたということです。
不正に処理した飲食費は日本円であわせておよそ２万円だということです。
ＪＩＣＡでは、国際協力の一環として
１９８０年代からフィリピンの国家警察に対し
捜査技術の向上などのために複数の警察官を日本から派遣していました。
