派遣留学
神戸女学院大は、昨年から派遣留学協定を結んでいる
フィリピンのケソンシティーにあるローマカトリック系の学校
Miriam College（ミリアム大）から
4人の留学生が11月16日から30日まで、研修のため初めて神戸女学院大を訪れた。
今回はホームステイなどのプログラムに加え
新しい試みとして日本語教員養成課程の受講生による日本語の指導が行われた。

フィリピン特許庁がこのほど
今年に入って押収された模造品は43億6千900万ペソ相当にのぼると発表した。
しかしながら、特許庁は法執行を行う権限がないため
偽造者の摘発が行えるようにするため下院に関連法案が提出されたという。
Philippine Patent Office has recently
Imitations seized earlier this year announced 900 million pesos worth amounting to 4.3 billion in 6000.
However, the Patent Office has no authority to make law enforcement
Related bills that have been submitted to the House of Representatives to allow the exposure of counterfeiters.

幹線道コモンウェルス通りでの事故防止策を強化するよう
首都圏開発局に求めた。
年間300人以上が事故で死亡する
コモンウェルス通りは別名「死のハイウエー」と呼ばれ
幅広の直線道が続くため
早朝や深夜は「公道サーキット」と化しているという。
