出生届の期限切れを理由に日本国籍を喪失した
フィリピンと日本在住の子供２４人が求めた
国籍確認訴訟第２陣の第１回口頭弁論が
２２日午後、東京地裁で開かれた。
出廷した原告らは
「海外で生まれた子どもの出生届が遅れると
国籍を失う国籍法１２条の規定は
国民の権利尊重と法の下の平等などを定めた憲法に違反する」として
喪失した日本国籍を認めてほしいと訴えた。

犬のおしっこ
最近、店の駐車場に置いている車の後輪タイヤに
マーキングされており、困っております。
駐車場は、一般の人も通行可能なため、多くの人が犬の散歩などに
よく通るのですが「マナーを守って」ほしいものです。
マーキングを許している飼い主の常識のなさには、情けなくなります。
自分の車に、同じことをされたらどう感じるのでしょうか？
人の迷惑を考えない「常識」のない行動は、謹んでほしいものです。
