密出入国を手助けする外国人シンジケートが
フィリピン国内で暗躍していることを明らかにした。
違法滞在状態の外国人を密かに出国させたり
入国禁止対象者の入国を手助けしているという。
今後、入国管理局は特別班を設置して摘発する方針だという。
