旅券押収
13日、フィリピン入国管理局は
ルソン地方バタンガス州レメリ町の語学学校に留学中だった
未成年の韓国人学生約70人の旅券を押収したと明らかにした。
フィリピンでの短期留学に必要な
特別就学許可証（ＳＳＰ）を取得していなかったためで
近く、強制送還するという。
また、同校を違法に運営していたとして
韓国人男女７人を入国管理法違反容疑で拘束した。

胎児遺棄相次ぐ
12日から13日にかけ
胎児の遺体が遺棄されているのが相次いで見つかった。
12日午後には、マニラ市パコにある公衆便所内と
ミンダナオ地方ジェネラルサントス市内にある教会のマリア像の足元でも
それぞれ胎児の遺体が見つかった。
また、13日未明、首都圏マニラ市サンタアナで
男性が自宅前の路上でクリスマス用の包装紙に包まれた不審物を発見。
贈り物だと思い開けてみると、３カ月位の胎児の遺体が入っていたという。
