来日外国人犯罪
２４日、警察庁は平成２２年の来日外国人犯罪の摘発状況をまとめた。
摘発件数は前年比２８．８％減の１万９,８２０件
人数は１０．５％減の１万１,８６６人で
平成１６、１７年をピークに減少傾向が続いている。
罪種別では、窃盗の摘発件数が３６．３％減少
１０年前と比較すると半数近くの水準になった。
入管法違反も不法滞在者そのものが減少していることを背景に２２．５％減少。
偽装結婚の摘発者は４,７１人で２５．６％増加しているほか
日本人配偶者として在留資格を持つ外国人の摘発が目立っており
相当数の偽装結婚が潜在しているとみられる。

22日午前１時ごろ、客の男性(22)が別の男性客に射殺された。
調べでは
酔った被害者が男性客を「音痴だな」とからかったところ
男性客が激怒し、拳銃を発砲したという。

人骨盗難事件と厚生労働省の戦没者遺骨収集事業の関連が指摘されている問題で
フィリピンから生還した旧日本兵ら13人は 23日
フィリピン大統領府先住民族委員会（ＮＣＩＰ、首都圏ケソン市）など
フィリピン側関係機関を訪問し
現在の遺骨収集方法では日本人戦没者以外の人骨混入が不可避で
人骨盗難事件が今後も続発する恐れがあるとして
収集法の是正が確認されるまで収集事業を一時禁止するよう要請した。
