25周年記念
フィリピン民衆約１００万人がエドサ通りに集結し
マルコス独裁政権を打倒したアキノ政変（エドサ革命、１９８６年２月25日）から
25周年の25日、政変を象徴する
ピープルパワー・モニュメント（首都圏ケソン市）を中心に
首都圏でさまざまな記念イベントが開かれた。
昨年発足したアキノ政権下では初の記念日。
ピープルパワー・モニュメント前で当時の民衆蜂起の様子を再現する式典もあり
アキノ大統領は「革命の精神」の維持を国民に呼び掛けた。

関東では、春一番が吹いたようですね。
関西方面も、一足飛びで初夏のような暖かい日になっています。

最低気温は、19.8℃（午前６時）でした。

禁煙条例
フィリピン ルソン地方ヌエバビスカヤ州のクワレスマ知事によると
ヌエバビスカヤ州内の公共施設での喫煙を禁じた
州条例が昨年11月下旬に施行されて以来、すでに245人が摘発されており
違反者には1,500～5,000ぺソの罰金か、もしくは社会奉仕活動が科せられる。
罰金を支払ったのは５人だけでそれ以外の違反者は全員
奉仕活動を選んだという。

Banned smoking in public buildings in Nueva Vizcaya
Since the ordinance went into effect late last year, 11 states, has already caught 245 people
Violators or a fine of 1,500 to 5,000 pesos, or community service activities are imposed.
The offender paid a fine of five other people were all alone
He chose a community service.
