フィリピンのミスコンテスト「ビニビンフィリピナス」が10日行われ
39人の候補者から３人が選ばれた。
そのうちの１人、スプスプさん(24)は
フィリピン首都圏ケソン市のディリマン大学で建築学を学び
昨年の国家試験（建築）でトップ合格を果たした才女。
スプスプさんはブラジルで行われるミスユニバースに出場する。

10日、タアル火山の警告レベルが2に上がった事を受けて
火山島の人口およそ2,210人のうち
17世帯およそ77人が同日午前9時に自主避難をはじめたと発表した。
火山地震研究所によると、強制避難勧告が出されるのは警告レベル3だという。

地震が起きたフィリピン時間午後１時46分に黙とうをささげた。
また、マカティ市のイベント広場で15～17日に
フィリピン在留日本人が被災者支援のフリーマーケットを開催するという。
