偽造有価証券行使
山形県警新庄署は
１２日までに、偽造トラベラーズチェック（ＴＣ）を換金しようとしたとして
偽造有価証券行使、詐欺未遂の疑いで
フィリピン国籍の女性会社員グスクマ・スウエコン容疑者（４１）を逮捕した。
逮捕容疑は昨年９月中旬ごろ
名古屋市南区の名古屋南郵便局窓口で
偽のＴＣ１７枚（額面合計8,500ユーロ）を換金しようとした疑い。
郵便局員が偽物だと気付き、未遂に終わった。
アメリカン・エキスプレス発行のＴＣを精巧に偽造しており
新庄署は海外でつくられた可能性が強いとみて、背後関係を調べている。

HIV感染
フィリピン保健省がこのほど
6月に献血で提供された血液118件のうち
27％（32件）がHIVに感染していたと発表した。
4件に1件が感染していた計算になる。
検査は熱帯医学研究所が行った。
