美顔治療
フィリピンの皮膚科医院で受けた美顔治療で顔に傷ができたとして
フィリピン人女性２人がこのほど
首都圏警察マニラ市本部に被害を届け出た。
調べでは、22歳と25歳の２人は
マニラ市サンタアナの皮膚科医院で治療を受けたが
数日後に火傷のような傷ができた。
今、２人は自宅から出られないという。

8月15日、車の窃盗容疑で和歌山県の裁判所から逮捕状が出ている
日本国籍のヒデト・オザワ（34）容疑者を国外追放処分にしたと発表した。
同容疑者は、フィリピンに過去5年間潜伏していたが
3日にパサイ市の日本大使館に出頭したという。

フィリピン ルソン地方ラグナ州カビンティ町のカリラヤ慰霊園
ビサヤ地方セブ州セブ市のセブ観音像前でそれぞれ戦没者慰霊祭が行われた。
カリラヤ慰霊祭（在比日本大使館主催）は
駐フィリピン日本大使を始め、国際協力機構（ＪＩＣＡ）や
日本貿易振興機構（ＪＥＴＲＯ）など18の日系団体関係者はじめ約２５０人が参列した。

Memorial garden in the town Kariraya Kabinti Luzon, Laguna, Philippines Region
Their war dead memorial service was held in front of the Kannon statue Visayas Cebu Cebu City Cebu Province.
Kariraya memorial service (hosted by the Japanese Embassy current ratio) is
Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines early Zhu International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and
Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) was attended by about 250 people of 18 Japanese organizations such as parties started.

２０１１年上半期（１～６月）の査証申請者総数は
約２万９８００人で
前年同期の約３万８６００人を大きく下回り、２３％減だった。
特に、東日本大震災が発生した３月以降の４カ月間は大幅減少が目立った。
