警官不祥事
フィリピン首都圏マニラ市エルミタ地区で
８月24日夜、観光で来比中の日本人男性(42)が
警官の制服を着た２人組に旅券を奪われ
引き換えに１万ペソを要求された事件で
被害を受けた男性は、8月31日に
首都圏警察マニラ市本部を訪れ
事件に関わった自動車警ら隊の警官２人と対面。
２人は非を認め男性に謝罪したという。

フィリピンの伝説のロックバンド「Identity Crisis」が
9月9日午後8時に一夜限りの再結成コンサートを行う。
タギッグ市ボニファシオ・グローバル・シティのNBCテントで行われる予定です。

Legendary rock band in the Philippines "Identity Crisis" is
Do-night-only reunion concert at 8:00 pm, September 09.
Will be held at NBC Tent in Bonifacio Global City Tagiggu city.

中国を初の公式訪問中のアキノ大統領は
8月31日、北京で胡錦濤国家主席と会談した。
経済関係強化などで９文書に合意したが
両国間で緊張が高まっている南シナ海の南沙諸島領有権問題については
平和的解決で合意したものの、具体的な対策は話し合われず棚上げとなった。
アキノ大統領は、過去最大数の財界代表団を引き連れ
中国との貿易・投資分野で関係強化にむけて
中国の財界４代表との会談、経済フォーラムに参加した。
しかし、中国の石油会社は、西フィリピン海の合同油田探査に予定した
10億ドルの投資を延期しており
南沙問題で、フィリピン側の強硬姿勢に反発していると思われる。
