未成年者の犯罪

フィリピンのエスクデロ上院議員がこのほど
犯罪に関わる未成年者が近年増加していることを受けて
刑事訴訟が可能な年齢を
現在の15歳から9歳に引き下げる法案を議会に提出した。
青少年・女性・家族関係委員会の委員長もこの法案に賛同しているという。

今日は、身内だけですが（１０名位）
昼過ぎから
今年、海岸での最後のＢＢＱをやりました。

子供たちは、ボートで水遊びなどして、満喫したようです。

コメ泥棒

フィリピン　ルソン地方南カマリネス州ピリ町の国家食糧庁の倉庫に
何者かが侵入し、少なくともコメ100袋が盗まれた。
調べでは、コンクリートで囲まれた倉庫の壁に
人が通れる大きさの穴がくり抜かれていたという。
この穴は、人の届かない高さにあるため
犯人ははしごを使って犯行に及んだとみられている。
この倉庫では、これまで窃盗被害に遭ったことはないという。
