適用された場合は、禁固最長3年と罰金50万ペソが課されるという。

皇居・宮殿で会見

宮内庁によると
陛下は東日本大震災に際してのフィリピンからの支援や
アキノ大統領が
２６日に被災地の宮城県石巻市を訪問したことなどにお礼を述べられた。
アキノ大統領は
これまでに日本がフィリピンの様々な分野で支援を行ってきたことに感謝し
「日本の人たちにお見舞いの気持ちを伝えるのは当然のことです。
訪日の目的の半分は、そういうフィリピン側の気持ちを伝えることです」などと話した。
