女性への性転換手術を受けた
フィリピン人のニューハーフの男を妻と偽って婚姻届を出したとして、
福岡県警は１２日、指定暴力団道仁会系組長の川口勇容疑者（６０）を
電磁的公正証書原本不実記録・供用の疑いで逮捕した。
発表によると
川口容疑者は２００９年２月２６日
福岡市博多区の区役所に
川口容疑者を夫、フィリピン人の男（４０）を妻とする婚姻届を出し
戸籍にうその記録をさせるなどした疑いがある。
妻の名前は偽名を使い、女装した写真を貼った偽造旅券を窓口で示したという。
県警などは昨年３月
別のフィリピン人のニューハーフの男３人を
出入国管理法違反（不法入国）の疑いで逮捕。
３人が、川口容疑者との婚姻届を出した男の紹介で入国したと話したことから
両容疑者が浮上した。
暴力団がフィリピン人を組織的に不法就労させていた疑いがあるとみて２
人の関与を調べるている。
不法入国容疑で逮捕された男らの一部は
「２人は愛し合っていた」と話しているという。

フィリピン首都圏マンダルーヨン市の商業施設で
フィリピン国家捜査局はこのほど
女児(6)を誘拐、殺害した疑いでフィリピン人女性(35)を逮捕した。
調べでは、女児はビサヤ地方セブ州ミンラニラ町で
２月８日、小学校から下校途中に行方不明となった。
翌９日、セブ州バリリ町の崖下で、ビニール袋に入れられ毛布にくるまれた
女児の遺体が見つかっており
女性には逮捕状が出ていたという。
