昨年同時期比43％増だという。

フィリピン セブ警察調整諮問委員会がこのほど
警察官全員に拳銃を提供する予算がないとして
年長の警察官に拳銃を返却するよう勧告したという。
（退職警官が、拳銃を返却しない例が多いという。）
これは、新人警官の拳銃携帯を優先させる方針だと説明した。
