拳銃携帯

フィリピン　セブ警察調整諮問委員会がこのほど
警察官全員に拳銃を提供する予算がないとして
年長の警察官に拳銃を返却するよう勧告したという。
（退職警官が、拳銃を返却しない例が多いという。）

これは、新人警官の拳銃携帯を優先させる方針だと説明した。

As there is no budget to provide a handgun to all police officers
That the recommendation to return the pistol to senior police officers.
(. That many cases of retired police officers, not to return the pistol)

This is described, and plans to give priority to mobile rookie cop's gun.
