ブラカン州に住む農民男性(39)が当選し、賞金450万ペソを獲得した。
男性は交通費が100ペソしかなく
途中から歩いて首都圏パサイ市のくじ協会までたどり着いたという。
男性は「農地を購入し、ビジネスも始めたい」と語ったという。

領土問題
中国４千年の歴史
学ぶべき所は、沢山あると思いますが
悠久の歴史を刻み歩んできた中国
その歴史の中で、三国志などに見られるように
住む地域が異なる民衆を、支配、統合していくという
「勝った者が、天下」という思いが根底に根強くあり
今日の、日本を含めたアジア諸国に対する「領土問題」に
「横暴極まりない」という状況を生んでいるんではないかと思います。
解決策の一つとして
先人達の残した、教訓、訓戒を
今こそ、じっくり検証して
中国政府と「自らの非」を納得させるべく
会話すべきではないかと思います。
如何せん、日本政府（現政権）に、どれだけの力があるか
今の内閣では、到底でき得ない話だと思います。

三重県松阪市で
２９日、飲食店経営の男性（２９）ら４人が
ナイフで刺され重軽傷を負った事件で
三重県警松阪署は
３０日、殺人未遂容疑で
フィリピン国籍の派遣社員ラガリオ・ロベルト・ペニーラ容疑者（２５）を
傷害容疑で、フィリピン国籍の工員ペニーラ・ロジェリオ容疑者（３２）を逮捕した。
２人は容疑を認めているという。
逮捕容疑は
２９日午前７時ごろ
松阪市愛宕町の路上でロジェリオ容疑者が男性の顔面を殴るなどどし
ラガリオ容疑者が男性とその知人計４人の腹部などをナイフで刺した疑いです。

南シナ海の領有権
南シナ海の領有権を中国と争うフィリピンでは
ルソン島沖のスカボロー礁に
中国船が居座っていることへの抗議デモが
マニラ首都圏の中国大使館前などで繰り広げられた。
抗議デモで市民は
「中国はフィリピンの領海に侵入するな！」
「スカボロー礁だけではない。中国は世界をわがものにしようとしている」と
怒りに満ちたスローガンが書かれたプラカードを掲げ
シュプレヒコールをあげた。
(そのプラカードの素材が「中国製」）
他の東南アジア諸国と同様
フィリピンも貿易と投資の多くを中国に依存し
フィリピンの街には中国製品があふれている。
今回の講義デモは
フィリピン経済が中国に依存する状況から脱却できず
フィリピン政府の「弱腰外交」へのいらだちを、皮肉ったものだ。
「弱腰」の一つとされているのが
スカボロー礁にフィリピンの艦船がいないこと。
（政府は台風の襲来を理由に、艦船を周辺海域から引き揚げたままだ。）
また、中国艦船は居座り続け
新たなに３０隻の漁船団を送り込んでいる。
