台風
非常に強い勢力を持つ台風２４号（BOPHA）は
４日早朝、フィリピン南部のミンダナオ島に上陸した。
沿岸部を中心に鉄砲水や土砂崩れの恐れがあるとして
災害対策当局が警戒を呼び掛けている。
上陸時の最大風速は約４９メートル。
３日には一時、風速６７メートルを超える
「スーパー台風」に発達していた。
これは、昨年１２月に同じ地域を直撃し
多数の死者を出した台風２１号の最大風速の２．５倍に相当する強さだ。

一方、売人の平均年齢は29歳で、既婚者が多いという。
フィリピンでは、「闇のビジネス」として定着しており
この改善に向けて努力しているという。

中国が新しく発行した
パスポートにビザのスタンプを押さないと発表した事に関して
フィリピン大統領府がこのほど、決定を支持する声明を発表した。
問題とされているパスポートには
フィリピンが自国の領土と主張している島々が
中国領として示されているという。
ビザは別紙に押されるそうです。
