中国政府が新しく発行した旅券に
西フィリピン海（南シナ海）全体を自国領として描いた地図を記載した問題で
フィリピン外務省は
来週にも新旅券への押印を拒否する対抗措置を実施する、と発表した。
一方、中国海南省の人民代表大会は西フィリピン海において
外国船による「不法侵入」の取り締まりを強化する新条例を可決するなど
中国側は実効支配をさらに拡大する強硬な姿勢を見せている。

研修

フィリピン国家警察の幹部８人が日本の警察制度を学ぶ研修が
２８日、愛媛県警本部で始まった。
警察庁が国際協力機構（ＪＩＣＡ）や外務省と協力して行う
開発途上国の警察組織に犯罪捜査の知識や技術を伝える
国際協力支援の一環で、愛媛県警がフィリピンの研修生を受け入れるのは初めてです。

検察は、元大統領の失脚時に
