There are two main airlines in this country.
One is JAL,
and the other is ANA.
I always fly JAL, where my daughter works.
I have no complaints about it.
However,
the other day,
I had no choice but to fly ANA.
With all due respect,
I was left with the impression that their customer service seemed sloppy.
I don't think I'll ever choose them again.
Of course,
their safety remains the same,
but I want to make sure I can at least enjoy the ride as comfortably as possible.
