同本部は「電話をかけ直すようお願いしたが、かかってこなかった」としている。
同本部などによると、７月２３日午後７時５分頃、女性の住むマンション
の女性管理
人（６５）から「一人暮らしの女性がここ４、５日、具合が悪いようだ」と１１９番があった。応対した隊員
