）は３０日、青汁など健康食品
を製造販売
するキューサイ
（福岡市）の全株式を取得し、完全子会社
化すると発表した。取得は１０月１日の予定で、価格は３５９億円。
成長が見込まれる健康食品市場にも事業展開することで、企業の価値向上につなげ、相乗効果
も期待する。コカ・コーラウエストは１１月に２０１１～１３年の中期経営計画を公表する予定で、キューサイについても可能な限り盛り込む。
コカ・コーラウエストの吉松民雄社長は「お互い本社が福岡
にあり、それぞれの相乗効果が多分野に渡ってある。財務
的にもつながることで、キューサイにも多面的な内容で好影響を及ぼす」と述べた。
キューサイは０６年に投資ファンド
による株式公開買い付け
（ＴＯＢ）を受け、０７年３月に上場廃止
となっていた。０９年１０月期の連結売上高
