地下鉄「大通」駅付近のお店で印象的な前菜をいただきました。
野菜使いが魅力的なお店で「前菜とパスタランチ」（1,404円・税込）をいただいたのですが、"前菜"がいずれもステキでおいしかった！
写真は「野菜の重ね寿司風」。
一番上の緑の葉は菜の花。
その下のグリーンはほうれん草のピューレ。
白はチーズリゾット。
そして一番下のパープルは、赤ワインのリゾット！
スイーツのようにも見える鮮やかな色の前菜にびっくり！
素材の味を楽しみつつ、それぞれの層単独で食べても、あわせてハーモニーを楽しんでも美味しい、見ても食べても感激な前菜でした。
Layered vegetables in sushi style
I went to the restaurant ”Jardin Potager Odori”。
The restaurant is famous for the cuisines with vegetables and especially its appetizers were impressive!

The top leaf is rape flower's leaf.
The next green one is spinach puree.
The white one is cheese risotto.
Tha bottom is red wine risotto!
You can enjoy the taste of every layer separetely and all together.
The layered vegetables appetizer was so beutiful and delicious.
