The mechanism of the sense of colors.
I want to talk about the mechanism of the sense of colors.
There are three essential elements related to the sense of colors.
Those are the elements of resource of light, the material of the ofject and your eye's senser.
I'm gonna introduce about those in order from the top.
At first, I have to explain that the object doesn't have the color.
For example if you watch an apple and identify that's color is red, but that is not mean the apple is red.
Red is the one element of lights. Like this, at first light come from the resource of light ,for example Sun or celling lights or etc...
And second the light is reflected at the apple's surface. And after that the light reaches our eye's. And finally we can think the apple is red.
So an apple doesn't have red. Light have the element of red.
Next, I want to talk about three elements related to the sense of colors.
But before that I want to introduce the experiment about light by Newton.
Newton is farmous for the experiment of prism that can separate the solor light to seven colored light.
But there are more experiments after that.
Newton started to gather the seven lights by convex lense. And he put the another prism at the focus of the lense and gathered the seven right to one again.
He observed the light coming from the second prism and he proved that light's color was white as same as solor light's color.
Thereafter he was not suttisfied in that conclusion, he started to block the particular element of the light between first prism and second prism.
If he block red element of the separeted light, the light after second prism is blue.
And if he block light expect of red light from the separeted light, the light after second prism is also blue.
So he proved that if the light have all elements except of one color, the light's color is complementary color of that color.
And the light's color that have all elements except of one color is same to the light's color that have only complementary color of that color.
And now, I want to talk about three elements related to the sense of colors.
