Australia の Melbourne での Corona Virus
の感染拡大の話ですが、（08JUL2020 に）
Victoria 州 (VIC) から New South Wales 州
(NSW) への移動が、原則禁止されてしまいました。
特別な事情がある人のみ、VIC から NSW に
移動できますが、その場合、NSW で１４日間の
自己隔離が必要です。
01JUL2020 から、Melbourne の一部の
（１０カ所の郵便番号の）地域で外出が
制限され、04JUL2020 には、さらに、
3031 Flemington, Kensington
3051 North Melbourne
の２カ所も外出が制限され、07JUL2020
に、Melbourne 全体が、
Stage 3 "Stay at Home" restrictions
に指定（外出が制限）されました。
そして、翌日の 08JUL2020 には、
（Sydney のある）NSW の州政府により、
VIC から NSW への移動が、原則禁止されて
しまいました。
結局、01JUL2020 に 2231 人だった
Victoria 州内の『陽性判定者』が、
15JUL2020 には 4448 人に増加していて、
（外出制限などの）Corona Virus 対策は、
表面的には感染の拡大を抑止できませんでした。
日本の東京でも感染者の増加が止まらない
のですが、すでに感染が拡大して、これから
発症する人が大勢いる状況で、Corona Virus
対策を実施しても、なかなか、その効果が
確認できないということでしょうね。
