She is the director of Laboratorio Agroalimentario Industrial S.L. and the panel leader of the tasting panel recognised by the International Olive Council (IOC) and authorised by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture for the official control of the oil quality. Laboratorio Agroalimentario Industrial S.L. is the first private laboratory in the world to fulfil all the parameters of Regulation 2568/91 according to official methods, and is accredited by ENAC, under the UNE-EN-ISO 17025 standard. It is the only private laboratory and the one of the three laboratories in the world to obtain recognition by the IOC in all three areas of expertise (advanced physical-chemical analysis, analysis of contaminants and residues, and sensory analysis).
