Reading books together is probably the most basic yet very effective way to learn the language. For Spanish books, we borrow them from our local library which has lots of children's books in Spanish. I also buy Spanish books online, about 3-5 books every month. Of all the books we have at home, about 35% is Japanese, another 35% is English and 30% is Spanish. I don't read English books to my son. That's his dad's job. I also try not to buy too modern books. Old classic books are the best.
