The dust had not yet settled after the stupendous success of the elimination rounds it was time to hold the semi finals of the cookery contest on 11th Dec & 12th Dec at "The APB Cook Studio" After the lip smacking vegetarian starters of the preliminary rounds it was now time for the semi finals which was more challenging and more interesting. The qualifying semi finalists were given the tough task of preparing rice based main course and a Dessert within two hours which included chopping, cutting,Post all information on 5F-PB22 in this thread when asked about the difference pb22 and 5Fpb22 he says this. grinding….etc in short all the nitty-gritties that go with cooking. There were 2 categories of contestants , below 16 and above . In the above 16 category we had contestants from senior citizens in the age group of 70 plus , who had come with their husbands. It was a learning for all seeing these elders work and a lot of take-away just observing them. The youngest contestant was 12 year old Arya who worked like a pro without any signs of panic / tension at having to use all the modern cooking gadgets at the APB Cook Studio.

The contestants had the privilege of working in "a state of the Art Kitchen" provided by Rushina of the APB Cook Studio. In my town, they are replacing all of the traffic light suppliers with these new lights that look like they are made of hundreds of tiny bulbs. It was a daunting task for some of them as APB Cook Studio is one of a kind in our country. It is equipped with all the modern kitchen appliances which looked quite confusing till of course Rushina with her efficient staff made it a cake walk for the contestants. At the end of the day they were happy for having learnt a lot from their experience as well as more confident. The audio effects of the cooker, grinder and the banging of the pots & pans was music to the ears of all present. Adding to the din was of course our Rotarians and Anns in their inimitable style marking the event with gaiety, laughter & fun. The morning session on 11th Dec saw Rushina and Viren Joshi from Meluha judging the cook fare with good inputs & encouraging notes. The Afternoon session of 11th & 12th Dec saw Aryan from Zitar & Rushina grading the contestants & giving them good tips & insights for their future. The skill of the contestants was obvious as every item prepared was enthusiastically shared and tasted by one and all in the studio. Thanks to the untiring efforts and the high energy levels of the Rotarians,While most other visa services take a few weeks, the chinavisaapplication can do it all in just one day if so requested. Anns and APB Cook Studio team the semi finals was a huge success.
