新年度を迎え、心新たにするこの時期に、3月23日に開催されたペルー大使館との特別なイベントを振り返りたいと思います。
この度は、本当にお忙しい中、ペルー共和国大使館のシェフ・アルトゥーロ様、文化部秘書の高山サンドラ様をはじめ、多くの皆様のご協力を賜り、心より感謝申し上げます。
イベントでは、子どもたちがペルー料理の調理過程を一から学び、自らの手で美味しい料理を完成させる貴重な体験をしました。最後に完成品を前にした子どもたちの輝くような笑顔と、成し遂げた達成感は、彼らにとって掛け替えのない思い出となったことでしょう。
また、参加者からはペルー大使館への宿題提出とともに、温かいメッセージが寄せられました。これらの言葉からは、イベントを通じて感じたペルーの文化や料理の魅力、そして人々の温かさが伝わってきます。
ペルー共和国大使館のシェフ・アルトゥーロ様、文化部秘書の高山サンドラ様、そしてイベントを支えてくださったすべての方々に、改めて深く感謝いたします。皆様のおかげで、子どもたちにとっても、参加者にとっても、忘れられない体験を提供することができました。

Reflecting on a Special Experience Event at the Embassy of Peru
As we welcome the new fiscal year, it's a time of renewal and reflection. I want to look back on the special event held at the Peruvian Embassy on March 23.
I am deeply grateful for the cooperation of everyone involved, especially Chef Arturo and Secretary Sandra Takayama from the Cultural Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Peru, despite their busy schedules.
During the event, the children had the opportunity to learn the process of preparing Peruvian cuisine from scratch, creating delicious dishes with their own hands. The joy and sense of achievement they felt upon completing their dishes will undoubtedly remain an irreplaceable memory for them.
Furthermore, along with homework submissions to the Peruvian Embassy, we received heartwarming messages from the participants. These messages conveyed the charm of Peruvian culture and cuisine and the warmth of its people, experienced through the event.
Once again, I extend my deepest gratitude to Chef Arturo, Secretary Sandra Takayama, and all who supported this event. Thanks to your help, we were able to provide an unforgettable experience not just for the children but for all participants.
