みなさん、おはようございます！
ゴールデンウィークはいかがお過ごしですか？OHAOプロジェクトはこの期間中も皆で力を合わせて準備を進めています。
今日は、OHAOプロジェクトの仲間について少しお話ししたいと思います。
OHAOプロジェクトのボランティアメンバーには、小学生から後期高齢者まで様々な年代の方々が参加しています。日本国内はもちろん、海外からも協力してくれる方々がいて、多様なバックグラウンドを持ったメンバーが集まっています。イベント当日だけでなく、裏方として活動するメンバーもいます。特に、今日は10代のメンバーが一生懸命活動している姿が印象的で、より良いイベントにするために一緒に考えて準備を進めています。
日本や海外で活躍する方々から学ぶことが多く、そのサポートをしてくれる大人たちもいます。また、様々な分野で活躍するプロフェッショナルからのアドバイスも貴重です。医療者、銀行員さん、街づくりの専門家やデザイナー、自治体の関係者など、忙しい中でもみんなで協力し、良い社会を作ろうという思いで活動しています。
私たちの志を支えてくれる仲間がいるからこそ、OHAOプロジェクトは着実に成長しています。在籍者は多くいても、実際に行動に移してくれる仲間と共に作り上げる時間は何よりも貴重です。そして、現在OHAOの事務所にしている物件を売りに出しました。月1度のイベントだけではなく、より機能的な拠点を作るために奔走しています。協力してくださる地主の方との出会いを祈り、活動を継続していきます。

Our Team at OHAO Project
Good morning, everyone!
How is your Golden Week going? The OHAO Project is working together during this period to make preparations.
Today, I'd like to talk a little about our team at OHAO Project.
Our volunteer members range from elementary school students to seniors, both in Japan and abroad, bringing diverse backgrounds together. We have members who not only contribute on event days but also work behind the scenes. Especially noteworthy is the dedication of our teenage members who are actively involved in making our events even better.
We learn a lot from individuals who excel in Japan and overseas, and we are supported by caring adults. Valuable advice also comes from professionals in various fields such as urban planning, design, and local government officials, all working together amidst their busy schedules to create a better society.
It is thanks to the support of our team that the OHAO Project continues to grow steadily. While we have many members, the time spent building with those who actively contribute is invaluable. Currently, we have put up the property that serves as our office for sale. We are working towards establishing a more functional base beyond monthly events. We look forward to meeting landlords who will support us and continue our activities.
