Dear Friends and Family,
First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to say that
I hope you had a very relaxing and delightful summer.
As many of you may already know, we lost our
restaurant’s lease of over 12 years on Lexington Avenue.
It was a sad day for me. On the other hand, however,
I saw this as an opportunity to begin a new,
exciting chapter in my ever-growing desire to satisfy
your palette with my many delicacies.
Another Payard location is soon to come,
and you will be the first to know about it!
Moreover, I am very happy to announce the launch
of my new website and e-boutique. Please feel free

for I’ll be offering new, exciting promotions as well as
all the details about our new location.
Your support has always meant a lot to me,
and I feel very lucky to have so many friends and
