糸満漁業協同組合 お魚センター

同じ、糸満道の駅にある「ファーマーズマーケット」は1～2か月に１度くらいのペースで良く来るのですが、ここ「お魚センター」は初訪問です

I came to this neighboring "Farmers Market" well, but visited for the first time to this "fish market" of Itoman.

様々なお魚や貝類が並んでいるのはもちろんですが、ここですぐに食べることが出来るものも多く売られています。

It is natural for various fish and shellfish to form a line,

but there are many things which we can eat immediately here and is sold.

今回はお昼ごはんをしっかり食べた後に行ったので、おつかいものの購入だけだったのですが、

次回は、もっと「お魚センター」を楽しみたいと思います。

Because I went after having eaten lunch well this time, I was only the purchase of a thing asked for,
On the next time, I want to enjoy more "fish markets".

今回の目的はこの「海ぶどう」でした♪

My purpose of this time was this Sea- grapes（Umibudou）.

南蛮赤花小豆 / Phasey bean

「南蛮赤花小豆（ナンバンアカバナアズキ）」の花。

This is a flower of "Phasey bean".

長～い豆を付けます。

It produces a long bean.

熱帯アメリカ原産植物で、日本では沖縄（琉球諸島）のみで見ることが出来ます。

This plant is native of the tropical United States, we can look only in Okinawa in Japan.

Bottle brush - ブラシの木 -

「ブラシの木」です。

「花槇（はなまき）」「カリステモン」とも呼ばれます。

This is tree of Bottle brush.

It is also called to "callistemon".

蕾。

The buds.

満開。

Full bloom.

実。

The seeds.

満開のブラシの木が並んでいると、壮観ですよ～。

It is magnificent if these trees are together located in a line.

筍尽くし

母の京都に住むお友達の方からご自宅の敷地で採れた筍をたくさん送って頂きました！！

My mother's friend who live in Kyoto send a lot of bamboo shoots produced in his land!

ここ数日、我が家は筍尽くしです♪

For these past several days, the dish of my home is full of bamboo shoots♪

本日のランチ。

Today's lunch.

筍ごはん。

This is bamboo shoot rice.

筍とわかめの煮物。

This is food boiled and seasoned of a bamboo shoot and the seaweed.

これは、京都で買ってきたお漬物。

「近為」の奈良漬けです。

The pickle that I bought this in Kyoto.
It is Nara-Zuke of Kintame.

先日は、スライスした筍をわさび醤油で頂きました♡

The other day, we ate the sliced bamboo shoot with soy seasoned and wasabi <3

スライス筍は左のお醤油、今日の煮物には右の薄口醤油を使用。

（どちらも澤井醤油のもの）

I used right light soy sauce for today's food boiled and seasoned, and the left soy sauce for slice bamboo shoot.
(a product of the Sawai soy sauce both)

大変美味しゅうございました♡

Lunch Buffet ♡ OCEAN VIEW RESTAURANT REIR

先日の休日、久々にランチ・ブッフェに行ってきました♪

My holiday the other day, we went to the lunch buffet♪

場所は、糸満の「サザンビーチホテル＆リゾート」内にある”オーシャンビューレストラン　レイール”

The restaurant is "OCEAN VIEW RESTAURANT REIR" in "The southern beach hotel & resort" of Itoman.

品揃えは豊富、どれも程よいサイズで、とっても美味しい！

今回も全制覇は出来ませんでした＾＾；

The menu is abundant, All are moderate size and all are very delicious!
I was not able to conquer all menus this time either.

その名の通り、キラキラの海も望めます。

As well as a store's name, we can watch the shining sea.

これは、ホテル前の糸満港。

This is Itoman Port in front of the hotel.

今度泊りがけで来てみたいなあ♪

On the next time, I want to come to this hotel by staying overnight♪
