We, as a sake producer, has been offering " 1 week sake making program" at Gakkogura 

which is our 2nd brewery renovated from a closed elementary school on Sado Island. 

We brew sake there in summer with winter conditions, local ingredients and sustainable energy.
In 2022 summer, we are going to make this program more interesting , authentic and 

practical with your ideas !! We will also inform you when we start accepting next applications.
