It’s hard to change routine. My workout routine was morning, it’s harder to do workout or anything else in afternoon or night . Especially just started. So I keep my workout done until lunch time and I have stacked with it. Now doing workout is my routine, so a little bit easier . BUT!!! still hard workout time change. I already know how I feel better after workout. I already know how I accomplish something.
