I didn’t use heavy dumbbells not do high impact on this program at all. just 1.5 lbs Wrist weights or no weight and stay on modifying. @elisejoanfitness has been very helpful for us in VIP coach group. She has been on FB live everyday to tell us about very useful information and also answers our questions and concerns. Week 2 Day 4 Core Blend Done!!!
