Somethings came up with excuses because food controls you. It just came up “ Reasons “ as excuses. When I started controlling foods. I felt more freedom. I am Japanese, I love Carbs. I love White stuff. Rice is our main dish. Meat, veggies or other stuff are our SIDE dishes. Not only Japan but also other Asian countries, we are very and deeply connected foods and culture. It is hard to break the relationship. That was one of my struggles. Since I started 2BMindset... I feel at ease and still feeling connection with my home country. That’s why I love #2BMidset.
