What I did to myself??!! No way I can do!!!” That was my very day 1. And not so different day 2 ... day 3... ...day6. 4+ years later... I have had many Day 1 of each program. Today Another Day 1 of #Transform20 “ Should I do it whole 6 weeks???” “ I am not good at fast tempo moves...” still came up on my mind how to quit.. how to switch.
