One of reasons is “ Checking forms “ Yes I check how deep I can do.. but More importantly I moved correctly. I use a mirror to check my forms during workout but it’s not good enough to check. Last year, I had severe knee pain. I didn’t record my workout everyday.. just for time to time to check my progress. I decided to record them and figure out my knee ( especially one knee which was in pain) were moving inside when bending. Of course I believed my form was fine!! But it wasn’t. I fixed that habit... and knee pain was gone.
