I have used Foam Roller everyday. I am telling you... I am Proudly saying “ I hate Cardio !!!!” 😅 I used to hit Break myself because of trigger to my #PanicAttack . So I was too scared of higher heart rate. More feel like My heart was jumping up and down causes trigger to get panic attack. A few years ago, I had to catch my breath and take a break until pumping was over. Now I do high intense @ShaunT and @Joelfreemanfitness workouts.
