Our patience and expectations are very fast pace to be 💨 yeah gone! That causes going to Fast Fixes and quick results. Our bad habits have been building up for years. It won’t be disappeared for 4 weeks or 8 weeks. Right??? . You can lose weight, you can be healthier, You can lose your belly fluffy. You can lose your barrel thigh. But you have to be realistic in your expectations and time frames. . The most important... Development your knowledge of your body, your mind and your health.
