Back to Week 4 of Phase 2.I hadn’t felt good... View this post on Instagram Back to Week 4 of Phase 2. I hadn’t felt good at all... I did Day 45 on last Tuesday but I felt so weak and dizzy later. . . I felt better , felt more energy and less dizziness. Back to week 4 Day 45 Booty! . Hope I can go through all week. If I can’t, that’s OK with me. I am doing for Me. I am doing for feeling better, building and improving myself. Not for punishment. Not beating up for myself. . Once in awhile, I ask friends if they want to join me.. They usually say “ Oh NO!! I don’t have enough energy!!” or “ No No I can’t do that much!” . If you are not ready for high intensity workout, I am telling YOU. ➡️ You do NOT have to do. I have completed many program from tai-chi based, Yoga, many kinds.. .
