It’s sometimes still hard to push play especially something I have to do #Challenge . I skipped Cardio Flow last week. So this was my first cardio flow on Phase 2, Redo round 2. I can take all Cardio flow if I want... I can skip today. Because My wrist is bothering me . Because I did all round once. Every reason you can think of... they will come up . How to push play? Refocus WHY I wanted to do at beginning. Why I needed to do this? Your WHY should be bigger than your excuses. You need something... you need someone to reach , lead , learn, share, and kick butt each other. Because life happens. At Home, At school, at work.. friends, families, relatives, people around you. Your vision will be covered by cloud... But your vision is still there if you can keep holding it. By the way.... x6 each moves Cardio Flow was HARD!!!!!! 🤪🤪🤪 But I did it!! No extra break! No Modification!! You don’t have to be young. You don’t have to be in fit. You don’t have to be worried.
