“ Honey Mustard Chicken” #DiaryFree #GlutenFree #GrainFree #Paleo #LowCarbs I found this recipe in Pinterest a few days ago. Why mine was soooo soupy??? I extra cooked on stove. It was so Yummy 😋 Side : Baby Carrots and kale. • 4 Boneless & skinless chicken breast - I used thighs I deboned chickens • 1/4 tsp Salt • 1/4 tsp Pepper • 1 TBSP Olive Oil • 1 medium Onion Finely diced • 2 Cloves garlic • 1 cup chicken stock • 1/3 cup Honey • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard • 1/2 tsp Thyme (I used Rosemary) * I don’t use so much Honey and mustard.. 1 Preheat the oven 350°F ( 175 °C) 2 salt & pepper both side of chicken. Heat the Olive oil in a cast iron skillet and then add in the chicken and sear for 3 min per side until golden in color and then place to plate. 3 Diced onion, crushed garlic to the skillet and cook for about 4 min until onion start to soft. 4 Whisk mustard and honey in a bowl until smooth. Add the chicken stock to skillet and bring to boil before adding mustard and honey with thyme. ( I didn’t boil longer enough... that was too soupy) Let everything simmer for 3-4 min before returning the chicken to the pan. Spoon some of sauce over the chicken and then transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 30 min. Well... My opinion.. you can cook whole thing in skillet 😂 point 1... Remove chicken after both sides got golden or close enough . Point 2 - Onion and garlic and chicken stock Boiled long enough . You can add chicken in skillet and pour honey mustard top of chicken. You can put it in oven or you can keep cooking on stove. Cook until chicken stock is almost gone. #cooking #dinner #chicken #2bmindset #2bmindsetrecipes
