I can use it as Veggie base. Most of time as Carbs. I can eat more food and also feel eating noodles.. so I am satisfied my meal without carbs. Since I Started #2bunnies , I learned it is better not to have heavy starchy food at night. and I sometimes enjoy silly ( Normal) Carbs earlier ... not so much effect my body nor weight gain next day. All tips are on video and I can watch them many as I want... and each video is usually very short. As I have been doing high intensity advance workout... I have eaten a little more than before and adjust amount to get balanced . 1. Amount of food. balance of food group including nutrition. 2. Calories & Nutrition Consume. 3. My Body’s reaction. 4. What my goal is. 5. Emotionally Satisfied. When All 5 is there, You can feel Freedom about food.. and easier to think “ It’s lifestyle “ not just temporary “ #diet “ 2B is not required workout.. it’s extra credit. If body is active, Your inner light is shining 💖 That makes you feel better and stay positives easier. So the extra credit is Win-Win situation. Even there is video when we feel stuck 🙌🏻 It’s not strict nutrition program... that means less chance to craving something specific.
